Since 2011, he has worn the hat of a devoted husband and nurturing father to two delightful daughters, both born in 2015 and 2017, reaffirming that family stands as his unshakable foundation. Daniel's academic pursuits include a robust educational background from Alice Lloyd College (ALC), followed by a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). This academic prowess has propelled him to orchestrate flawlessly seamless rental experiences, where every detail is meticulously considered. When he's not immersed in the realms of property and hospitality, you'll find Daniel embracing the wonders of the great outdoors through hunting and fishing adventures. Carlos Armenteros, originally hailing from the Dominican Republic, has spent over two decades as a proud citizen of Kentucky. His journey is a testament to his resolute spirit and unyielding commitment to growth. Carlos's connection with Kentucky deepened during his time at Alice Lloyd College, where he not only pursued his education but also persued his passion for baseball. Those years etched Eastern Kentucky into his heart, as he fell in love with the region's unique charm and allure. In 2016, Carlos embarked on a new chapter by entering the world of real estate. This decision marked the beginning of a remarkable trajectory. Over time, his dedication and acumen led him to own and proficiently manage a diverse portfolio of properties across central and eastern Kentucky.
